1 - Do you have the copyrights of paintings listed on your website.

All art and images on this website were collected from internet, questions concerning the artwork and content on this website should be directed to Service@oilpainting.co

2 - What's your minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order quantity is $500.

3 - What's your transportation method?

- for goods weight less than 10kg, we recommend using EMS(door-to-door) or UPS(door-to-door) to send it.
- for goods weight between 10kg to 20kg, we recommend using DHL(door-to-door) or TNT(door-to-door) to send it
- for goods weight between 200kg to 400kg, we recommend using normal airway post to send it.
- for goods weight above 400kg, we recommend using sea transportation.
- all above is our recommendation, just for reference. You can choose the most conveniente way and ask us to send your goods through it.

4 - What's your After Service ?

If any of the delivered articles show material defects, transport damage or the wrong articles have been delivered, please inform us within 24 hours after you have received the goods and we will immediately exchange or refund all goods. Damaged goods will be replaced whenever possible, if however we are unable to replace them they will be fully reimbursed.
- We provide refund for any unsatisfactory quality if product is sent back in 3 days after receiving the goods with customer's own shipping cost.
- For our regular buyers,we also provide free replacement,free improvement,or credits for any unsatisfactory quality or product damage.

5 - What's your terms of payments?

We accept three terms of payments: Bank Transfer? Western Union?PayPal

- Bank Transfer
If you opt to make your payment via bank transfer you will receive (after you completed the order checkout on the Web site) a detailed email with all necessary transfer information. Please initiate the transfer as specified in the email. As soon as we have received your payment we will immediately inform you and start to work for you.

- Western Union
If you opt to pay via Western Union you will receive (after you completed the order check out on the Web site) a detailed e-mail with all necessary information.
Please read the email carefully and then initiate the money transfer with your local Western Union office.
After you have completed the money transfer please send us an e-mail in which you confirm the transfer and provide us with the data specified in the mail you received from us. After we have received your payment we will immediately inform you and start to work for you.

- PayPal
If you opt to pay via PayPal you will receive (after you completed the order check out on the Web site) a detailed email with all necessary payment information. Please follow these instructions.

6 - How to place order?

- To make an order simply go to our catalogues to find the painting of your choice, alternatively you can search your required pictures' names or artists' names using the searching function found on the "oilpaitings" on catalogues.

- Once you are on the painting detail page you will be able to see all the details regarding the painting of interest.

- Select your desired items, fill in your required sizes, quantity and prices, then click on the buy button to add this to your order cart.

- Every time you add a product to your order van you can opt to check out or if you wish to continue browsing.

- Once you have made your choice simply click on the order cart and than on the confirm button. Follow the confirming steps and within a few minutes your order will be emailed to us. Then you will see a window with your order code on it.

- After we receive your order, we will contact with you in 24hours, and you can also check your order with the order code on our site.

7 - what's the quality of our products?

We provide every quality oil paintings, from lowest quality to highest quality. We will supply the suitable quality products according to customers' offers. We gurantee that if customers offer the same price to several different suppliers, our quality will be the best.

8 - Is the oil painting reproduction all hand painted? What about the quality?

Absolutely. Our artists use their eyes, hands and senses to paint each art works. We use only the best materials, we import high quality oils for producing the paintings, that is why they can be well collected for several decades without any color fading. Meanwhile, all of our artists are well educated through the professional art academy and most of them have more than 10 years artist career. The most important, we have our independent Inspection Department, which have a team of 8 master teachers that control the quality of each painting before shipment. Our company two decades experience has strongly proofed that our products have enjoyed a well quality reputation in the oil painting market.

9 - What's the delay time and delivery time?

We will finish the order in 15workdays after receiving customers' payment. We'll keep you in posted for any progress of your order and notice you before shipment. Usually, it takes 3-5 days to arrive in your house by DHL, UPS, Fedex and TNT Express channel, 7days by air freight and about one month by sea freight.

10 - Why can you offer such a low price, does it mean a low quality also?

We do business in the honest way, we persue the suitable profits but we consider more for our customers in advance, and the most important reason is that we are the first source, we originally produce the paintings and wholesale them onto the world oil painting market directly.
However, it never be offered on the basis of quality down, we know our advantage, we know why we can achieve such a success today.

11 - Do you accept special order?

You can also order other sizes and paintings not listed in our web site. Just send us a high resolution image with request size, we will give you within 24 hours a quote, and the minimum order quantity is also $500. Don't forget that we can also paint top quality oil paintings from any of your photographs (portrait, pet, house, car, etc.), there is no minimum oder quantity to portraits.
